General Blitz is a Siberian Tiger and a weapons inventor for the Aeta. He was the president of the GFAA, and was among the last quads during The War of Time. He became the leader of the Aeta and led the Time Warriors. He lived a full life serving the Aeta before his death, caused by a brain tumor in 2015.

Blitz was born and raised in the capitol city of Siberia, Cole Slaw City. He trained in the Feline Academy before he became a hero for all quads after surviving the Great War of Siberia.

- Blitz had a shop in the Vortex where he sold slabs of concrete.
- Blitz died and was brought back to life twice, but only one of his 2 deaths appeared in the series. (Besides his actual death)
